Windows failed to start.

Hey I took out my GPU briefly and put it back in and now my pc won't boot. It keeps saying windows failed to start and a recent hardware change may be the issue and when I try to launch windows I get a blue screen. Also when I power on my pc I get the ASUS bios screen which I never usually have any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Did you hot-swap it out or turn the system off first?

I turned off the system and disconnected everything before removing the gpu.
