Just casually booting up my PC when I'm hit with this error screen.

http://

I've made both the media USB windows tool and tried to boot into that, and I put in the original copy of Windows into my CD drive and yet I cannot get off this screen. It seems no matter what i do I can't get past this screen or get it to boot from the disk.

Any help?

Solution
You have to boot from windows installation media into command prompt and fix bootloader.
Use bcdboot command to to that.
  • bcdboot c:\windows /s h:
(C: - windows OS partition, H: - bootloader partition)
In recovery environment drive letters can be different.
You find correct drive letters with:
  • diskpart
    list volume
