Windows File Explorer keeps Crashing when trying to copy files

Every time I try to copy a file to move it to another location or even to my flash drive, it keeps saying that Windows File Explorer stopped working. I've tried to fix it but it won't work. Can someone help?

Press Win+R to open run. Type "CMD", and press CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER (to open CMD as administrator).

Type "Sfc /scannow". With any luck, that will fix things.
