[SOLVED] windows freez when i run games

hey
i was having a problems b4 with cpu overheating when i run games and freez always when i run games
i fix the problem and i can run games for like 10 minute and i get the same freez , my cpu tempreture at that time 30-45
its not a problem i think theres another problem i think.
also my cpu overclock is 4600 is that normal? or it most be 3600 ?

Sounds to me like you've an unstable OC. Put your CPU at stock speeds. Try again. If the problem still exists, you know it's not the OC. If the problem stops, then you need to OC it better, to get stable results, that don't impact performance.

my cpu has turbo so thats not the problem

So you mean, it's not actually OC'ed, it's just the turbo speeds!? Well turbo to 4.6 is normal. That's the all core turbo speed.

Use HWmon and take a screenshot of it while you are gaming and post it here. We can see whats going on with the hardware in your system.

i am playing with 144hz monitor i change it now to 60hz
and it seems fine now playing 1-2 hour now with no problems
i dont understand why its freezing me with 144hz
maybe its not the case .... idk

Okay, to me it looks as if you have the Windows power profile set to balanced? If so, try it on high performance, and then test again. The freezing could be the switching between CPU frequencies. It shouldn't be that pronounced, but I have seen it before. Change to profile to high, and report back.

Everything else in there looks good to me. CPU is boosting as it should, temps and voltage look good. Plenty of free ram available. Nothing out of the ordinary there.

The fact that it goes away when you switch to 60hz means it could be some setting you have in game, or in the nvidia control panel. Reset the driver to default.

what is your disk usage saying?

i change my HDD to SSD and still freezing in middle of games
also i format 3 times and install last drivers

dosnt matter if i run the game in low or ultra

If your SSD was failing you would be having BSOD issues so rule that out. Is that screen shot taken while in a game? If it is - your GPU Clock speed is incredibly low

its not hard drive problem because i test it and theres no problems
i just change it because i have no other ideas

Your screenshot shows your GPU @ 400mhz which is really bad, it should be at 1400+ when your running games etc.

try installing an older GPU driver - NVidia might have messed up a driver, AMD do it all the freaking time

i download a previos update and its freez with playing game
and when i restart and i open my browser its freez without even runing any game
also when i run a benchmark my clock speed goes up around 1900mhz

i have been working for this problem for 3 weeks now every day i wake up i just google my problem and try diffrent wise
updating drivers changing settings bios and to much things i try with no change
also i dont see whats my problem thanks for who helped me and i hope someone will know how to fix this

so i test my cpu with cpu burner programs and also my gpu with benchmark and they look good so its most be my motherboard
is there anyway to test or i just need to replace it to see?

Have you set your RAM to XMP?

i just set it when i saw your post and i am playing now with no freez for like 2-3 hours
