Hello again

I just went through a few threads online for you. One of which says that the most recent Windows 10 update has some issues and needs to be fixed.

I would recommend that you back up your important data and try rolling back to the previous built. You can do so by uninstalling any recent updates Windows has installed on the PC.

If the issue persists, you can update your Windows again to come back to the latest version.

Please report back with the results and we'll try to provide you with more appropriate solution.

Good Luck!!
Hello AliffAfnan

This may be due to obsolete graphics driver or corrupt keyboard driver.

Can you please try removing the keyboard driver from the Device Manager snap-in and confirm that the graphics driver is updated to its latest version?

Also, if the issue started occurring recently, Restoring Windows to an Earlier Restore Point, i.e. when the computer worked fine would also do the trick if the above suggestions fail to work.

Feel free to report back if further assistance is needed.

Cheers!!

Nope. It doesn't work. It think its because when i press the windows key. Its from full screen view to desktop.it's also happen when i want to quit the game. Not 1 game. But all. Please help me

Hello again AliffAfnan

Can you please elaborate what have you tried so far to resolve the problem? I mean, did you try updating the graphics card driver or removing and reinstalling the keyboard driver?

Generally, when the Windows key is pressed, the full-screen windows get to desktop size. The same thing happens if you press Ctrl + Esc keys. Can you please check if pressing the latter keys freezes the computer as well?

Many times cause of such issues is the graphics driver itself.

Cheers!!

I have done all sorts of things like reinstalling graphics driver. Uninstalling keyboard drivers. Making the power option to max. Hard disk to never sleep i guess
