Question Windows Freeze Screen

So I recently changed some of my parts including my motherboard, ram, cpu, and cpu cooler. When I began to boot up my computer, everything was going fine until the windows logo popped up and then the loading wheel froze. I tried a few restarts and sometimes the windows loading page would saying “automatic repair” or something like that but it would always freeze. I checked out the BIOS and everything looked fine except for only one of my RAM sticks was being recognized but I don’t think that’s related to my windows problem. The only other problem I had was that my old motherboard had two ports for USB and this one only has one. I believe it’s just case USB cables. One reads USB and the other one says USB card reader but I’ve been using the former. Again, unsure if this is related. Any advice on what I should do?
