Question Windows freezes after installing a GTX 750

Bought a GTX 750 1GB (Zotac Version) to go along with my Core 2 Quad Q9650 on the Gigabyte G41M Combo.
Previously I didn't have a GPU (this is an old system) windows 10 freezes on the loading screen with the GPU installed but it works just fine without
