Question Windows freezes on startup!!

I recently swapped out my motherboard, ram, and cpu I was aware that my hard drive might complicate things so when booting up I decided to reinstall windows and clean the HDD after installing windows my system restarted, the windows logo came up and a little loading wheel came up after loading for a couple of seconds it just freezes I’ve reset MANY time I’ve tried everything I could possibly think of I don’t know what to do

How many hard drives do you have plugged in (if more than the boot drive)?

What media format did you install Windows from (e.g. flash drive, DVD-ROM)?

Does your primary hard drive have more than one partition? (you would see this when selecting the drive to install Windows on during the Windows installation process)

Did you do a clean install of Windows or an upgrade?

The more information you can provide, the more likely someone will be able to determine what the issue is or the steps you need to follow in order to figure it out yourself.
