Some weeks ago, when I started playing Gears 5 (Microsoft Store version with Game Pass Ultimate), the game crashes, freezes and causes sometimes BSOD, even with that, I bought the game on Steam version, I've read on Steam version that issues don't exist. Wrong idea. It still crashes or freezes. I made post about It.

https://forums.gearsofwar.com/t/bsod-freezes-and-crashes-on-gears-5/30116

Answers Microsoft: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...-749a-49a8-bd01-362a67069097?tm=1569440166010

I try always to get the most recent Drivers, BIOS motherboard, Windows updates, etc. Nothing works.
I used Aida64 stress test many times for many hours without issues, also 20 hours of memtest86 (16 passes) many times without issues. Furmark benchmark and 0 errors. Prime95, etc.
When I think my PC is fine, the game crashes. Reporting It to The Coalition, Microsoft and Nvidia is useless because they don't care. Nvidia replies my messages via e-mail but the same story "we're investigating the root cause with game developer.
Posting It again on Gears forums doesn't help: https://forums.gearsofwar.com/t/game-crashes-freezes-error-gw502-bsod-a-disaster/30305
The Coalition just ignore It.
Sending the crashdump files and memory dump files to Nvidia also don't help.
And today after I closed the game, on my Windows desktop It froze without reason, no BSOD, no error messages, forcing me to do hard reboot.
On the posts above I put videos showing how the game closes suddenly.
I started to doubt if my pc really has a problem or the game is just too broken that freezes my PC.
While I wrote this, I'm doing again an Aida64 stress test for 2 hours. I don't have problems with any other game, only Gears 5 and also Gears of War 4 which I uninstalled several months ago.

Edit: October 17 2019, 7 hours of Video Card Stability Test, Before doing the test I was playing Gears 5 and I had BSOD IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL.Then I did hard reboot and when I was only on Windows desktop while opening the game on Steam, Windows froze, no BSOD this time. If my PC passed all the stress test many hours and many times, why the hell are crashing too often?

After repeating benchmarks and stress tests, I don't think my hardware is the fault, the bad software (Windows 10 and Gears 5, along with the "always beta GPU drivers in this case Nvidia) are the faulty ones.
Actually I don't expect this will be solved, I'm just sharing my bad experience.

I used "Notmyfault64" (Recommended by Nvidia) to make BSOD and I recently uploaded the file: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1frQyfVASAw5NLXb_--EFYD9DLfbo4Z75
Gears 5 log file generated on User/AppData/Local/Gears5/Saved/Logs https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B9GlVY0ojz_OY3YtVWxJMGhPWWxPcWozVXcwS2kwMlAzX2RZ

Gears 5 crashdump files generated on user/AppData/Local/CrashDumps https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B9GlVY0ojz_OYldYejFRdkNOb0pJRWxhVGk5UmxkNWd5LURF

app crash report do you mean Windows event viewer? I don't know how to share that info

If you read the Gears forum post above, I shared a picture where Nvidia replies me that already reproduced the issue and they're investigating the root cause with The Coalition. I sent him the log files, crashdumps, etc. And that's they told me. So my PC isn't the fault after all.
Edit: Todat October 14 2019 I had BSOD after started playing a few seconds. The Memory.dmp file compressed in .rar is more than 9 GB so for me is impossible now to upload It due to horrible upload speed I have.

that file size is pretty silly. Can you do this:
Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD - that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD

copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a file sharing web site, and share the link in your thread so we can help fix the problem

Ok I'll do that.
After 4 or 5 days I haven't had BSOD but suddenly the system only freezes, forcing me to do hard reset. I tried changing RAM subtimings on UEFI, based on DRAM Calculator for Ryzen shows me. Nothing helped me. Then I restored to default all settings, I loaded XMP profile of my RAMs, CPU Vcore on offset -0.0125 (UEFI Shows me CPU Vcore is 1.21 V right now) SOC Vcore on auto (1.10 V), DRAM Voltage on 1.35, Core performance boost on disabled and Global C State control on disabled, the rest of settings are on auto.
While I was writing this, I'm running Prime95 during 2 hours without issues, I'll let It 24 hours to make sure is stable. And the rams in the past I ran Memtest86 8 hours each module at stock settings without issues, later 8 hours both modules at stock settings too and finally 16 hours at 3200 MHz each module separately and both together later. All without errors.

This is a dump file generated on C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\CrashDumps https://drive.google.com/file/d/1KX41dMAUvsp3zKyj6MYDzMobzeY3Bm4J/view?usp=sharing
And the event viewer screenshot when this happened:
error-jpg.1890

I don't know if this file will be useful. This was generated when I was only configuring GeForce Experience today when I installed the latest Nvidia driver released today, then Windows froze and I did hard reset. I raised DRAM Voltage to 1.36 V and nothing worked for me. Then I did I said above, only XMP profile, CPU Core Ratio to 3.7 GHz, CPU Vcore on offset -0.0125, SOC Vcore on auto, DRAM Voltage on 1.35, Core performance boost on disabled and Global C State control on disabled.

Example of Gears 5 crash also on Event Viewer:

Well after almost 2 weeks I didn't have BSOD (I lowered RAM frequency to 3000 MHz), but game bar app and Gears 5 still crashes, they generate crashdump files but I don't know this could be useful to detect the root cause.
