[SOLVED] Windows 'freezing' when running cinebench or aida64

So i recently build my new pc but i was curios how the temps hold up with cinebench and aida64, currently running aida for ~10 mins with max temp going to 54 degrees. I have no overclock on the cpu

But every so often the screen in like cinebench freezes but still continues, its not actually freezing cuz my friend can still hear me speak on teamspeak. I read somewere it could be a VRM issue?

I do not have any of these issues while gaming

i9 9900k
Asus maxiumus X Hero
16gb 3200mhz corsair ram
Corsair h100x
MSI 1080 ti
Corsair cx750m
