Windows from usb

Hello,
I have windows 7 installed from my flash drive and i want to keep it on that flash. It still has a lot of free space on that drive, can i use the same flash to save files and in case i need windows to be reinstalled use it again without changes?

I believe there's nothing wrong with it as long as the windows installation files are intact. Just create a separate folder inside for your files.
