Question Windows Game Bar

Hello is Windows Game Bar a good reliable software to see cpu/gpu usage during gaming? When i used it during gaming today it showed that my gpu usage is 85% and cpu usage is 4% which is a bit weird

You probably better off using something like afterburner/rivatuner or if its an AMD GPU, you can use the Adrenailn overlay to show usage

Windows isn't the best at working out usage. Which is ironic really.
