I cannot find a usable answer for this. My friend just got a "rehabbed" HP computer that was designed for XP. It has an install of win7. the solitaire games and others that come with Win7 crash as soon as they are opened.
Tried, uninstall, reinstall... tried booting with only the minimum required files... this does not work. This is a refurb that was just acquired. everything is clean on the hard drive as it is a new install.
Something told me to never trust an HP 'puter but... too late.
