[SOLVED] Windows goes blank after booting up

Hello all, I have just built my first PC, everything works on it fine, can get into bios, windows safe mode all fine.

When I try to start up my computer into the normal windows, the screen goes blank right after logging in and the monitor says it isn't receiving a signal from my computer.

MY PC:
AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Desktop CPU - AM4 / Hex Core / 3.2 GHz /19MB / 65W
ASRock B450 Steel Legend (AM4)
XFX Radeon RX 580 GTS XXX Edition OC 8 GB GDDR5 3xDP/HDMI/DVI-D Graphics Card
Crucial Ballistix BL2K8G26C16U4B 2666 MHz, DDR4, DRAM, Desktop Gaming Memory Kit, 16GB

Corsair CP-9020101-UK CX450M 450 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply Unit - everything is brand new out of the box and OS i download to USB

Make sure your CPU fan is working and properly installed seated; you should also reseat your memory. I would also re-attach your power connectors.
