Windows going into blank screensaver mode seconds

Hello,
My Toshiba Satellite Laptop screen keeps going black, as if into Blank screen saver mode,usually every 30 secs or so, a shake of mouse, re-enables the screen, but it can happen at any time. I have screen saver set to none,power options set reasonable. (typing this it has occurred 3-4 times) Win 7 Home, purchased 2 months ago.

But what is the Problem?

Screensaver is switched off, the lapttop scren keeps going blank every 30 secs / 1 min or so, mouse shake re-awakens This happens even if typing, movin mouse etc..., seems to happen when a new appicationor screen is opened, for example open notepad...screen goes blank, open new tab on explorer...goes blank, but sometimes just during typing etc.

You might have set it in your power saver settings.
Control panel > power options > change plan setting on the selected plan > turn off The display. Set this to your desired setting
