Alright so i recently up grade my old computer build to a completely new system. I has windows 7 professional and is full updated, along with the beta drivers for my gpu, and the on disk motherboard drivers. My problem is it is so slow. Windows goes into these time where i will search something in the start menu and it will take literally 2 minutes to load. The only things I have installed are origin, steam, msi afterburner, spotify, itunes, and chrome. At the most i have 65 processes running in the back ground. What can I do to make windows respond... It seems like every other click it stops responding.
My specs are:
cpu: fx-8320
gpu: sapphire 7950
mobo: m5 a97 r2.0 (asus)
ram: corsair Vengeance 1600mhz
HDD: seagate 500gb
SSD: samsung 840 evo 120gb
Psu: Corsair 600m

Im using the ssd as a boot drive and my hard drive for basically everything else.
Please help!
Ow ya and i have mediacom internet 30 down 2 up and approx 30 ping according to speed test

Have you run a FULL virus scan to be sure you aren't infected? Maybe one with Malwarebytes too.
http://www.malwarebytes.org/

Is this a pre-built PC with gobs of bloat-ware on it, or one you built with a clean install of Win7? If you don't have a bunch of stuff running in the background (check System Config/start up), there shouldn't be any reason you have that problem. A couple suggestions...
Run CCleaner and do the Clean and Registry both: https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner
Take a look at this SSD tweak tutorial: http://www.computing.net/howtos/show/solid-state-drive-ssd-tweaks-for-windows-7/552.html I usually do the first 7 steps at least.
