Question Windows has detected an IP conflict

There isn't a wifi card on my PC and I used my laptop to bridge WIFI and Local Area Connection cable. Add then I connected the cable from laptop to the PC. It's working but sometimes giving this message.

Probably because both systems are using the same IP somewhere. Doubtless a configuration problem that can be solved.

I'd take it to the Windows and/or one of the Networking forums
