Solution
Here is my airflow set up.
My cpu is running on a Noctura nh-d14. I have 2 12cm fans and a 14cm in taking air. I have a 12cm fan exhausting air. Plus, the top of my case is vented, so there it allows heat to escape.

Also, my gpu is a blower type so it should be dumping a lot of hot air.

The components are fairly clean, but I did take a can of compressed air to clean out things.

I did some checking and I think it is something to do with a direct x issue on the video card. Also, the strangest thing is the crash only occurs with COD Ghosts. The other games run fine.

It appears that you have a very adequate PSU and unless it is malfunctioning, I am thinking you have a temporary overheating issue which may be intermittent. Sometimes when playing a really Graphics intensive game, the CPU and/or Graphics fans may not ramp up quickly enough. I would also get a can of Duster and blow out the interior of the case and all heat sinks. Your internal fans are moving a lot of air past your devices and unless you have external air filters...your stuff can get clogged up with airflow restrictions at the very place you are trying to cool...the heat sinks.
I have 27 years experience in HVAC so when it comes to airflow I know a little.

I wasn't thinking about the possibility of a driver issue. I experienced a similar problem and in search of answers I went to the NVidia website and updated my drivers. It fixed my problem.
On the airflow deal...you may not be having immediate issues but it does sound to me like you have an imbalance in the airflow of your case. One basic "rule", if you will, of airflow is to have equal inflow and outflow. If you have more air being drawn in than going out you create a pressure imbalance which puts a strain on your fan motors. Ideally, you want to have the same number of fans, of the same size and RPM's at your intake and exhaust. Your CPU fan really doesn't figure into this because it exhausts into the case and that air is exhausted in the main airflow.
