I have Windows 10 on my SSD, and internal 2TB HD for storage
I know you are not supposed to defrag SSD, tbh there is hardly anything on my HDD either so I havent defragged that.

But Windows 10 built-in 'Defragment and Optimize Drive' software has the SSD (C:) drive 'ticked' in the 'Optimize Drive weekly schedule' (as seen in imgur linked top)
Is this correct? Should I turn this off? I have had this ticked since reinstalling Windows 10 on my SSD as I only just noticed it now...is this bad?

P.S Could someone tell me how to insert image into the thread? A TomsHardware thread says use imgur or something similar...

Yes - remove your SSD from defragmentation list.

You insert image this way:

Actually, you should leave it selected.
Windows does treat the SSD differently than the HDD. It does different things to it.
In the term "Defragment and Optimize", concentrate on the word "Optimize"

But apparently, a bit of "Defrag" IS needed for an SSD.
