I have a problem that connecting wireless bluetooth on my laptop dell inspiron 1564 model. Pls tel me d solution to solve d problem.exactly the error shown on my lap is "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems code 43". pls send me exact solution soon.....

Updating drivers or using troubleshooting through device manager is the only thing I could think of doing without contacting Dell support.
