Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems (Code 43) Windo

Hello,
How can I reconnect to my external hard drive? It's a western digital. Worked befor but now I get an error 43 unkown device. Have some inportant material on it.

Restart your computer.

1. Does your BIOS see your external HDD?

2. Does your Disk Management see your external HDD?

3. Check your Device Manager see your external HDD?
Is there any indication of a badly installed device?
