So I have been having this problem ever sense I switched motherboards and each time I unplug my headset and then plug them back in windows doesn't detect them and I manually have to go into device manager and find the right driver and its fixed anyone know how to fix this

Swapping motherboards requires a clean install of Windows.
If all you did was attach you HDD/SSD and boot the PC 3 things can happen:
It will work
It won't work
It will work but issues will arise

That is why 13th Monkey was asking if you did a clean install.

More than likely it wasn't your only problem. Software and drivers are often built with several fail-safe modes with increasing levels of compatibility, but at the cost of lower levels of performance. If there's a mismatch between the software and hardware, these fail-safe modes can often get the hardware working, but not as well as it could. So your system may be working, but not as well as it could be. The problems are there, just hidden from view since the system is working.

Reinstalling Windows (and installing all the current drivers from the hardware manufacturers' websites) will correct this. Windows will configure itself correctly for your new hardware, and you won't have mysterious driver problems like you currently are. (Or at least you won't have as many problems.)
