Question Windows having virus even after format.

I have been using windows 10 from.more then a year with latest patch of 2019 but one day my PC start misbehaving and the virus is attacking my Default browser (Chrome) and opening so many new browser windows and when we try to search anything the page opens and that virus or whatever it is is throwing me back to home page of google.

Due to these many problems i finally decide to format my pc but this doesn't work I then delete hole partition considering that virus might be in any other drive but still i am facing the same issue so i decided to clean my drive completely by using Linux then i boot new window ( windows 10 ) on Completely empty disk but after some time the problem still exists even after format any default browser i choose it start misbehaving and when i search for any thing after some time it take me back to homepage

Have you tried another browser to see if the same thing happens there? Only in the case of chrome trolling you, might not have a virus.

yes i try Microsoft edge and mozila firefox as well the problem still arive if i set EDGE as my default browser the microsoft edge stat opening so many windows

Would think a format would get rid of most viruses. Have you scanned with Malwarebytes?

Do the extra tabs start opening immediately? What happens if you disconnect the keyboard? See if the tabs keep opening.

Do you have any other storage drives connected?

Scan the drive with an antivirus or, in the last resort, wipe the drive and clean install the os (after a full backup, of course).

i already did all theese things even i had format my all disk full data by installing linux
