For a long time now I´ve had problem with Windows lagging - dropping to like 1 frame per 3 seconds. This usually lasts for a minute and then PC returns back to normal. I have got this problem like 1 month after the PC was build, last half a year there was no problem but lately it came back and seems more frequent. Usually, it happens during gaming, but it often comes back even after I close the game and the system is under no load. Temps during gaming are around 70°C on GPU and 70-75°C on CPU, while CPU never shows full usage and disc usage doesn´t spike either.
