Windows Hello or Smart Card issue

Ok. so this morning while using my laptop at home, I was listening to a song on my NAS. got up and went to the kitchen for breakfast. Left the laptop just as it was. When I get back It appears to have rebooted. I try to logon and I get a message saying "You must use Windows Hello or a smart card" I try to use all the passwords I use and no luck logging on to my laptop. It even does not take my Microsoft account logon.
Is there any way to by-pass this. Trying to logon on locally and I get the same message.
I thought when I retired from desktop support I'd be done with this silly PC stuff........LOL

I'm sorry but we've really strict rules about helping getting past passwords and other security features. Going to have to close it.
