windows help and support wont respond

the windows help and support option wont load at all. it was fine few months ago. i suspect the program has been removed or i may have deliberately deleted the file. how can i restore it

Sometimes all you need to do to fix this is to run the System File Checker:

hullo! sorry for belated reply. this question is no longer valid. ihave dumped vista and went with a new pc with win10. cheers.
