I have 7 Linux distros and Windows 8.1 as a main system on another M.2 ... the problem is Im sending Windows in hibernation and go to Linux for a while (maybe few hours minimum) then when I come back to windows is booting from the beginning !!?? But if I don't go to Linux and just leave PC in hibernation then windows coming back as supposed to do !! WHAT IS THE PROBLEM HERE, ANY IDEA ???

Don't do the hibernation.

The "problem" is hibernating and then booting into a whole other OS.

Solutions:
1. Don't hibernate. Simply turn Windows OFF

2. Run Windows or Linux in a VM. Then, you can do what you please.
Thanks I know all these but not working in my case I need fully working PC in Windows and Linux not virtual its just for test not for full OS working !!

I don't understand what's triggering windows to clear hibernation if the status of OS is not being changed during my time in Linux !! Its behaving like hibernation file is in RAM which is crap it can't be ... so something make windows to reset hibernation file (i guess its just delete it when booting) the only unusual thing I've noticed during such boot Windows checking some drives or directories like check disk after improper shutdown situation !!

What drives are involved, and what OS's are on what drives?

Actually, need the full specs of this system. Make/model of everything.

You've been given the ONLY solutions to this issue. You CANNOT hibernate and then proceed to reboot the system into another OS without invalidating the hibernating environment. There are no work arounds or other magic that will change this. Either use Linux and other OS's in Virtual Machines or live with what you have.
