Two answers to that question....

1, Its a genuine windows file that normally runs out of >>> \Windows\System32\rundll32.exe

2, There are various Viruses that name themselves to this and they normally run out of OTHER folders...not the system32 folder....

Yes i used a free Microsoft virus scan, there were viruses
