windows image backup problem

hello guys!!!
straight to my problem
my windows got f'ed up last week tried lots of ways forgetting that i had a windowsimage backup in my harddrive.
the problem now is there is currently no OS installed but i want to do image recovery which is in my E partition. i want to do system image recovery!! please tell me how to do re image of the windows image backup in my partition and please tell me how to do it step by step (yea iam a noob)
i have an external harddrive320gb,2usb flash drives of 16gb and 1 flashdrive of 32gb.......

those doesnt help me because i dont have an Os and one more thing is my bootMGR is corrupted or missing!!
any other way to restore??? my windows image backup files is 21gb in size how do i restore them???
please help me
