Windows 10 64 bit. Custom built computer.
P8Z77-V Mobo

Background
I had a defective video card which I RMA'd and replaced yesterday. At first, the new card was not working properly, and as one of the troubleshooting items, I uninstalled a whole bunch of drivers (sound drivers included). I'm not sure if driver deinstallation was a factor in my issue.

Problem
After I got the video card working, my system is now telling me that my analog Speakers or analog headset are not plugged in (or occasionally, it shows them plugged in but no sound comes out. Without other input, it will switch back to "not plugged in" pretty rapidly). I have:

Attempted resolutions
*Reinstalled all audio drivers by uninstalling them and restarting.
*Manually reinstalled realtek drivers from the Realtek site and from my mobo site.
*Disabled all audio devices and drivers except for the speakers and the Realtek driver associated
*Manually updated Realtek drivers to the windows generic equivalent
*Tested hardware on other computers to verify it still works
*Test front and back jacks, both of which were working before but are not now.
*Disabled and reenabled all audio-centric bios settings that I could find
*Tested USB headphones and verify they work properly
*Cursed at my computer

Any help at this juncture would be immensely appreciated.

Can you list your full system's specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU
PSU:
Chassis:
?

Have you made sure your BIOS is up to date? You may also want to see if the audio drivers were installed using an elevated command:
i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator
or in compatibility mode:
i.e, Right click installer>Properties>Compatibility tab>Windows 7/8

Have you made sure your BIOS is up to date? I did not consider doing this since it was running fine before on whatever BIOS are installed currently. I will check tonight to see if it's up to date and update if not.

You may also want to see if the audio drivers were installed using an elevated command. I will do this tonight. Should I do it for more than just the Realtek drivers?
