Windows infinite rebootloop

I was reinstalling windows 10 on my gaming tower and it stopped at about 64 percent and the computer shut off. I turned the computer back on and now it starts, goes to the motherboard screen then restarts and does it all over again and again infinitely. The computer was built back in 2009 and has a fairly new motherboard, 8 core CPU and a FTC 570 classified. Can anybody think of a way to fix this?

It did not finished Win install it seems, so it can't work. You will need to try installing it again.
