[SOLVED] Windows install freeze

Windows install setup keeps freezing on installing features. Ive tried everything removing ram, changing SSD and HDD, removing graphics card. But it still freezes the furthest ive gotton on it was installing updates anyone have any idea what to do?

Storage: 1 TB 970 m.2 samsung evo ssd
Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix z390-h
PSU: Rosewill 1200w 80 plus gold

Sorry getting back so late had work but it says bios version 2012 x64
