[SOLVED] Windows install freezes on new build.

I'm trying to install Windows 7 on a new system but it freezes once it reaches 100% on the first screen where it says "Windows is loading files..."
I'm using drives from my last build. SSD still has windows from old system on it.
When I first started up UEFI, it showed SSD as a bootable device but after restart it only had CD or UEFI as boot option.
I'm using original Windows 7 disk that I have used previously.

System specs:
Ryzen 5 2600
ASRock B450 Pro4
Corsair Vengeance 2x8 GB 3000 MHz
Corsair CX550M
XFX 590
Crucial M4 128 GB 2.5" SSD
Seagate Barracuda 1 TB 3.5" HDD

Didn't think Win 7 already outdated.
Suppose I will need to buy Windows 10 now.
