Windows install from network ?!?!?!?

Hello!
I have a dell c 400 laptop and i don`t have a cd-rom drive or docking station.When i pluget in a usb cd-rom drive it didin`t recognized it and i cannot boot from it or instal windows on this machine.I heared that i can instal an OS from the network?! can annyone help me to solve my problem please?

Since installing from the network or installing from the usb cd-rom would both require a floppy bootdisk and dos drivers I think it would be much simpler if you can get dos drivers for the usb cd-rom and install from there. This page may help if you don't have oem drivers.

Don't forget to put SMARTDRV.exe on the floppy when you're making it or the windows install will be very slow.
