Windows install problem

I have built my own Pc from scratch and I am downloading windows 10 via disk, I proceed to boot from disc and install windows, then I choose my operating system in which I get an error message saying that the installation has stop or I will receive a Bsod for page found in non paged area, can anyone give me help as to how to fix this issue

Did you download the Windows 10 ISO from Microsoft? https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Nope I bought the disc from a local retailer

What country are located in? The media might be counterfeit or defective. Legitimate Windows 10 media shouldn't ask you to choose an operating system.
