[SOLVED] Windows Install Stuck on Blue Logo

Sorry for formatting errors and also if this is the wrong place to post but, I was experiencing weird artifacting like glitches on google chrome so I was looking up what might be able to fix it. Updating my graphics drivers was a possible fix so that's what I did. But after doing that all of my games started to lag horribly so I decided to restart my computer. After restarting my computer I kept getting black screens so I figured my graphics card died and went to sleep.
The next day I tried to start it up and I got the bios flash screen and went into the bios. And for some reason the windows boot manger has my D: drive listed rather than the C: drive which is an SSD I used for my windows install. I tried manually booting from my SSD and I get a blinking cursor for a few seconds then it returns me to the bios screen. This makes me think maybe my SSD got corrupted as the games I had installed and chrome and my drivers are all located on that SSD. So since the data loss on that drive doesn't really bother me I put a windows installation flash drive into my computer and launched from that in an attempt to format and reinstall windows on my SSD. But now I just get a blue windows logo and i've left it overnight now and nothing has changed.

Specs
CPU: Intel I7-8700k
GPU: PNY Geforce 1060 6gb
Motherboard: ASUS Strix Z370-E LGA1151
RAM: 2x8gb Corsair Vengeance LPX
Drives: Kingston A400 SSD/Western Digital Blue 1TB

This is the screen the install has been hanging on. Sorry that it's so big lol.
If I am missing anything important that might help I apologize and I will gladly provide it. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Before going for things that's too, let's say, nuke-it approach, we should narrow it down. Let's have the SSD/HDD checked (and possibly the RAM's as well). Sİnce you can't get into the install system, we'll go for a workaround for this one. We'll try the "skeleton key" bootable ISO of Windows, as known as Hiren's Boot CD. Grab an ISO here: https://www.hirensbootcd.org/hbcd-v152/ and follow these instructions https://www.hirensbootcd.org/usb-booting/ to make a USB bootable. Then shut the PC down, plug it in, fire the PC up. You should be greeted with a Win-10 like system. You should run the command prompt, find the drive using the file manager and run chkdsk /f /r x: where x is the SSD/HDD to get it scanned. Then run...
check the cpu temp in bios?

did you use the latest windows 10 iso from microsoft website?

yes it possible the ssd failing

I have used the media creation tool to directly install windows on to two different flash drives to make sure it wasn’t a problem with the flash drive I had, as well as downloading the iso from the media creation tool and used rufus to burn it as well on separate attempts. I have also tried unplugging the ssd as well as removing all the drives and I still get stuck on that screen.

Are your hard drives/ssd working? if you have other ones or a way to install windows in to a hard drive with other pcs and put it in the pc for troubleshooting please do

Unfortunately there are no other computers for me to do this. I have pretty much narrowed the issue down to either the motherboard, the cpu, or i got unlucky and both flash drives i tried just didn’t work properly.

have you checked if sata cables are connected to the drives

Yes the sata and power lines are connected and they show up in the bios. And to make sure i’ve tried with both the ssd unplugged and attempted to install then the hdd, then i tried unplugging both and still got the same result.

you should try to swap motherboards, I think it really is you mobo's fault

I believe so as well which sucks because the board i have currently is like 200$ so rip my wallet lol.

More than enough, I have a corsair cx750m. And like i said the computer was functioning prior to me trying to reinstall windows.
I would say something about not having drivers, but i have no idea what drivers you might be missing here

try to go to the bios and install windows from a flash drive. that might be your last resort if you don't want to empty your wallet

Not to be rude but did you read the original post? That’s what i’ve been doing. My problem lies in the fact that when i try to install windows from a flash drive it locks up and doesn’t progress in the install.
