[SOLVED] Windows Install USB gets to logo then reboots

My Windows 10 registry got corrupt and I cannot boot into Windows with my OS Drive,
I used Media Creation Tool to create a USB Installer. It gets to the logo screen and then reboots after sitting there for awhile.
I got an ISO file and used rufus to create another installer, still happens just as before (Logo screen, then restart).

The USB boots fine on a laptop I have.

My specs are:
ASRock X399M Taichi
16GB HyperX RAM
60GB OS SSD
2x3TB HDDs (That are disconnected, because I thought they were causing the issue)
AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1920x
nVidia GTX 1070

I don't suppose you have an older installer you can try?
did you turn off secure boot and add USB to boot order as it likely just ignore it otherwise

Also since it looks like a heavily overclocking board put it to default settings, make everything as stock as possible.
If the boot drive is an m.2 you will need to slipstream drivers into the usb.
