[SOLVED] Windows install won’t go passed initial screen

Hello, the other day my old hard drive died, still not sure why. But I purchased a new drive today (1TB Seagate BarraCuda 2.5” Internal Drive) and I’m attempting to download windows 10 home with the original windows USB from when I bought it. My system will boot and load the initial language and keyboard preferences screen, but when I click next for the install screen and click install, it flashes “startup is starting” then goes right back to the same screen.

Assuming you have access to another PC, just make a new USB to install from.
