Is there anyway i can download/burn a copy of windows vista and xp onto cds for free without purchasing the OS?

I think Microsoft has a special download available for exceptional people like you where the company gladly gives you their operating systems for free. Of course, mere mortals have to pay for theirs.

Yep. Just phone Microsoft and tell them what you want to do. As long as you let them have an address and a phone number where they can contact you they will do the rest.

I think Microsoft will supply you with the blank CDs with their fancy holograph on as well
