[SOLVED] Windows installation gets stuck at “Getting devices ready” in UEFI mode

I’ve tried to install it multiple times by upgrading Windows 8.1, installing it clean from USB (tried getting the iso from multiple clean sources) and even tried installing Windows 11, again with the same issue. Also tried disconnecting all peripherals from my PC, still the same thing.
The only way I could install it is by enabling CSM, which is pretty annoying, since I’m using OpenCore.
Please hand out some ideas for fixing this.

My CPU is a Ryzen 1700, if it matters.

Is the LG drive an internal or external drive?

Have you tried creating NEW installation media? Sometimes the installation media gets borked, or try another flash drive.

Also, check to verify that you have the MOST up to date motherboard BIOS version installed. If not, I'd update the BIOS first and then try installing again.
What are your FULL hardware specifications?

Motherboard, CPU, memory, power supply, graphics card, any other add in cards or attached devices?

Mobo: Asrock AB350M-HDV R4.0
Ram: 8gb DDR4 Crucial with Micron chips
PSU: FSP Hyper HP500S
Gpu: Gigabyte RX 480 8gb

Only other addition is an LG dvd optical drive, I’ll try removing it now.

It’s a regular old SATA optical drive, guess that makes it internal, I tried like 6 different installation medias and my BIOS is the latest, I even tried with an older version I used to be on.
