Question Windows installation stuck at motherboard screen

My windows 7 installation is stuck on the motherboard screen.whenever i insert my usb screen freezes but when I remove it and restart my pc it boots perfectly.

Motherboard afox mg31-m2

CPU Intel Pentium e2180

Graphics Intel g33/31

Current os windows 7 (trying to reinstall windows 7)

Also my keyboard no my mouse works when I insert the usb but when I reboot it ,they work perfectly

I also tried removing any excess item like dvd reader keyboard and mouse ram but no luck
