Question Windows installation stucks

Hello everyone,
I tried to reinstall Windows XP on a panel pc, but the installation stucks during "Setup is starting Windows".
The pc have a Atom Z510, 1GB RAM and a 4 GB flash drive.
I hope anyone can help me...

Is it still stuck? If the flash card is the only storage it can take a very long time for the installation to do anything.

It stucked for around 2 hours, then I turned the pc off. The "mainboard" is this MXM module with all important components integated like CPU, RAM, flash memory,... : MSC Q7-US15W-FD

Yes, I already had Windows XP installed on it, but I destroyed the bootloader somehow, so I wanted to reinstall it

I also found out, that I easily can run the Windows 7 and the Windows 2000 setup from cd/usb device. So I think there is a bios setting that dont let me install XP. Any idea what it could be?
