Windows Installer after boot - URGENT

So, after a night of my computer shut off, I turned it back on to see a blue screen, wanting me to install Windows. This is weird, because I've had Windows 10 for years, and this is the first time seeing this. I've tried rebooting, but it keeps promting me to install. Another option is to repair, but that does nothing.

Please help. I don't know if I should install or not.

So I dont reinstall? I've tried to pick the repair option, but it doesn't have any valid options to repair. What exactly do I look up?
