Windows Installer can not find my hdd??!?

hi ,
everytime i try to install something , windows installer goes fine and after the point where it asks me where you want to install it, i choose the location and then click next. When it is about to install it like scans my floppy drive and gives me the following error:

"setup could not find a file on the specified path or disk. please check that the proper disk is inserted or specify a new path.
Unable to locate file C:\DocUME~1\VIC~1\LOCALS~1\temp\pft4e.temp\PowerDVD.msi."

When i click RETRY it gives me this error:

ComponentMoveData error

i really need to install programs for school so if anyone can help me with this please do so

Disable your floppy in the bios and rety the install. See if you get any results.

I figured it out , it was something in the temp folders i had to clean out and now it is working
