Windows Installer freezes

Hi guys, so yesterday I installed Windows 10 just fine in my PC. But lately, the system process clogged my PC down (it used 100% of the disk) that I had to do a shutdown. After restarting a while later, my PC entered disk repair, in which it got til 69% before entering a loop of disk repair -> automatic repair.

Thinking that I lost most of my files, Idecided to re-install windows again.

So, I inserted the installation media and got to it. I tried formatting one of the partitiona but it froze so I did a restart. I deleted the partitions instead after which did work. But now, whenever I try to click next in the "Where do you want to install windows?" It pretty much freezes. Been waiting for about 30 minutes.

Thoughts

Edit: cursor's moving.

Solution
if it a ssd drive try removing it and running a secure erase from another pc. if it a standard hard drive did you use from another pc the windows media creation tool to make the newest usb installer??
