Question Windows is broken ?

I was trying to fix my PSU fan and after putting all back in place my PC wont let me into Windows. While in the start screen, it displays messages, such as ”Preparing automatic repair” and ”diagnosing the computer” or smth like that (translations may not be accurate, my pc is not set in english).

It doesnt let me reinstall windows, no idea why.

Any idea how to fix this? I have Win10

What happens. How are you trying to reinstall Windows?

It really just says that ”something went wrong” or ”reinstalling not possible” not in those exact words, but in a nutshell it just displays that it cant be done and doesnt give any explanations on why

my guess is it was caused by windows 10 being unplugged while fast startup was running. Since Fast startup is on by default. I have seen it break windows before. All it can take is unplugging pc...

Try the method USAFRET showed, you probably need to do it from outside windows.
