WHEN IS WINDOWS 9 OUT?

Hold it mister. This seems to be a bit of a speculation question. Windows has released no official stance on this, so the best guess is to go with when each successive version of windows has been released.
'02 - XP
'07 - Vista
'09 - 7
'12 - 8

Well here we see that it is at least two years between each windows release.
With the release of windows 8.1 last year, i'd expect a new windows at it's earliest in 2016
