So I switched from a 1080ti to a EVGA rtx 3070 yesterday and ever since then my computer has been messed up. On first new startup it was slightly laggy in the desktop and not super responsive in the bios. One out of every 10 startup I can get it to load into windows, but it eventually bsod with a video scheduler internal error. Not sure what happened to cause it and am now just trying to diagnose it and get it working again. I've attached a video showing what I mean by laggy in the bios and boot up. Has anyone ever had this issue? I can't tell if its the motherboard or possibly my 3070.

Why is it, do you think, that nobody ever includes the EXACT power supply model, despite the fact that it's literally the absolute most important component in the build and it's not even close?

Also, it's always helpful to have some idea about how old it is as well since a lot of people tend to repurpose power supplies even when they're way past the point where they should have been retired.
