[SOLVED] Windows is not turning on after memory upgrade

I upgraded from 4gb(2x2) to 8 GB(2x2 + 4) then the windows is not turning on ( not showing boot animation and then restarts)
My spec are
Intel I3 550
Intel Dh55tc motherboard
2x2 Kingston kvr1333d3s8n9/2g-sp
4 GB ramaxel rmr5030ef68f9w-1600

What I tried
-tried different combinations of slots( considered dual channel)
-tried to install windows 10 again( same problem)
-tried with another harddrive with windows 7(installed on the same hardware before)

Assuming that you checked the memory is compatible, clear the CMOS, then restart.

I would try the 4gb module by itself. If it doesn't work, it could be doa.
