Windows is taking 50 to 60 seconds to shut down after the screen goes black

I was downloading a game about 50 gb ,so i kept the pc on for about 23 hours. But now my pc takes 40 to 60 seconds to shut down fully after the screen goes black. Even i have a SSD.
Note: The problem was not there before the downloading.
Please help......

have you tried a restart? not turn it off/on, the restart commend in power.
